Where better to host your child’s baptism party than the Gheradesca Ballroom and Lobby in the Four Seasons in Florence?
Our client wanted something classy and natural, yet playful and a personalised day made for a princess, so this is what we delivered!
The classical renaissance architecture of Florence is a stunning feature across the hotel, we wanted to keep this as a main feature whilst bringing a pop of colour and charm to one of Florence’s most impressive venues. Rose, gold and natural tones added to this luxurious space with pastel coloured florals intertwined with green foliage to bring the outdoors to each table. We loved seeing the clients faces light up as they first saw the grand tablescape.
David Bastianoni captured the magical and intimate moments of the day. We worked closely with some exceptional suppliers in the local area, bringing floral design, five-star catering and the very best bakes to deliver a day they had dreamt of.
The children attending the day were all gifted with personalised Italian cotton cushions, delicious biscuits and a creative childrens bag filled with activities to complete with the entertainer. A real-life princess was there to spread a sprinkling of magic throughout the day and the dessert station was playful and interactive, perfect for the children!
Whilst the children played, the adults dined in style. Elegant mirrored menus reflected the impressive venue and added a royal touch and the personalisation didn’t end there. Napkins, cakes and an adults goodie-bag to remember the day by. A five-star Four Seasons meal was served whilst being serenaded by a consummate musician.
